(Does not include CPA, Accounting, Tax Preparation, Consulting, Expert Witness , Forensic or Litigation Support Servces

Senior Fiduciary Hourly Rate Range

$125.00 to $165.00 per hour

Staff Fiduciary Hourly Rate Range

$95.00 to $125.00 per hour

Adminstrative and Clerical Support Staff

$75.00 to $115.00 per hour

Foundations and Long-Term Trusts (Over 3 years anticipated management)

To be billed as a percentage of the assets at a rate as low as 0.85% but not to exceed 2.00% annually. This may be charged monthly by annualizing the assets for the previous month end. The percentage to be charged is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be disclosed to the beneficiaries at the beginning of administration. This rate is subject to change annually upon 30 days written notice due to inflation, costs, insurance and other overhead expenses.
